研究方向

  • 基于毛细管电泳/质谱联用技术(Capillary Electrophoresis/Mass spectrometry)的蛋白质表征新技术研究

    采用毛细管电泳/质谱联用接口技术建立包括大分子药物在内的各类完整蛋白的高通量、高灵敏分析方法,完成包括糖基化、糖化、乙酰化等在内的多种蛋白质翻译后修饰定性、定量检测,开展药物质控、疾病生物标志物的探索。

  • 基于质谱技术的多组学联用技术研究

    基于质谱方法的开展基因组学、转录组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学等多组学分析新方法研究,开展疾病早期诊断以及预后生物标识物以及疾病新靶点发现,药物作用机理的研究。

  • 基于质谱技术的环境污染物分析方法研究

    基于质谱方法开展水、土、大气中各类污染物的分析方法研究,开展环境暴露组学研究。

学术成果

    主持/参与国家自然科学基金,863计划,国家科技重大专项等多项课题。发表SCI论文20余篇,多项专利,2018年获中国分析测试协会CAIA奖一等奖。
